Who we are
Salerno (Devil's) Lake Cottagers’ Association encourages strong community connections with our lake residents seeking services and goods from businesses in the Haliburton and Kawartha area. With this goal in mind, the Association has decided to offer our advertising tools such as our website, newsletters and e-Lake Updates to local businesses.
Salerno (Devil's) Lake Cottagers’ Association is a non-profit organization. Revenue not used to support our publications and website will go to support our SDLCA environmental workshops and yearly events.
Our Readership
Looking to reach the Salerno Lake cottage residents? SDLCA has a membership of 123 families, a larger online community of 319 members and gets over 13,221 hits per year on our website. Our readership is composed of seasonal and permanent residents.
Our Advertising Tools
Our Sentinel newsletters are created in the spring (May) and late fall (November). This publication is sent electronically to our SDLCA members. Our online e-Lake Updates are created throughout the year to share timely news items with all our SDLCA members and community readers.
What we need from you
Your artwork need only be your business card or custom artwork approximately 1.5” x 2.5” on a white background.
A one paragraph write-up can also be included in our publications along with your business cards. The content would need to be submitted 3-4 weeks prior to publication. By submitting content for posting, the person submitting the advertisement is deemed to have reviewed and agreed to our advertising policy and guidelines in full.
Your ad will appear in any printed newsletter, our online publications and website www.sdlca.ca - ads will be randomly placed giving equal visibility to all advertising customers.
