The personal information that the Association has on file for members consists of their names, sometimes their spouse or kid's names, their addresses (cottage and home), phone numbers, cell phone numbers, e-mail addresses, communication preference and note stating if dues have been paid each year. In some cases, the information is incomplete because we record only the information provided to us by the member.

The Association keeps all paper registration forms. Data provided by members who register online via our web site is keep in a database supported by our web development tool (Home Teams Online). All membership data is transposed and maintained on a personal computer. The information is password protected and maintained on a virtual drive for backup purposes.

Access to this information is limited to the members of the Association to allow them to perform their duties. If you would like to see the information that we have on file for you, please contact our Membership Secretary.

The Association strives to keep your personal information up to date, and as soon as we are aware of a change, we correct the data. If the information is out-of-date, we remove it. Please let us know if your personal information changes by contacting our Membership Secretary. 

The Association collects your personal information so that we can send you our newsletter, letters, or e-mails to communicate with you on various subjects and to send you membership renewal notices. We also may use the information to contact cottages for emergency purposes.
